What the assistant remembers
What the agent keeps in memory between conversations, how to see and delete it, and what it never stores.
The agent remembers a few short facts about you so you do not have to repeat them in every chat. You always see what it saved, and you can delete any of it.
What it remembers
- Your onboarding answers: the experience, goal and risk questions from your first session.
- Short notes it saves while you talk, such as "prefers low risk" or "trades mostly BTC and ETH".
Each note is short, at most 200 characters. The agent saves a note when you state a lasting preference. It does not copy your conversations into memory.
The "Remembered" notice
When the agent saves a note, a notice appears with the text Remembered: and the note itself. Next to it is Undo. Press it right away if the note is wrong or you did not want it saved, and the note is removed.
Remember that I prefer small positions and tight stop losses
See and delete what is stored
- Open the account menu (your email at the bottom of the sidebar).
- Go to Settings.
- Choose What the assistant remembers.
The window lists your onboarding answers and your notes. Delete any of them. The agent stops using a note as soon as it is gone.
You can also ask in the chat: "What do you remember about me?" The agent lists its notes.
What it never stores
Prices, balances, positions, API keys and personal details are never saved to memory. Memory is for how you like to work, not for your data. Your balances are read live when you ask for them, and your keys are kept only in the exchange connection, encrypted.
How memory is used
Notes are added to the agent's context in later chats. For example, if you said that you prefer low risk, the agent proposes tighter stop losses and smaller sizes. A note never replaces what you say in the current request: if you ask for something different, the request wins.
Common questions
The agent keeps ignoring my preference. Open What the assistant remembers and check that the note is there. If it is not, say it again, in short form.
How do I stop it saving something? Press Undo on the notice, or delete the note later in What the assistant remembers.
Does a deleted note come back? No. It returns only if you state the preference again.
