Plans and limits

Skyrexio has two plans. Basic is free forever and includes the AI agent. Pro raises the limits, gives you a larger AI allowance and adds premium support. Everything you do on the demo account is outside the limits on both plans.

Basic and Pro#

The yearly price is $150, which is two months free compared to paying monthly.

What counts against the limits#

• Running bots. A bot counts while it is running. A bot that is switched off does not count. Starting a bot is the moment the limit is checked.
• Open smart trades. Active trades you opened from the Terminal or through the agent. Deals that bots open do not count here, bots have their own limit.
• Exchange accounts. Each connected real exchange account. A spot and futures pair of the same exchange counts as one account.

Demo is free and unlimited: bots, trades and backtests on the demo account never count. Backtests do not count on any account.

When you reach a limit, the platform tells you so. Close a trade, stop a bot, or upgrade. The agent can also check where you stand: ask "How many bots can I still run?".

Where to see your plan#

Open the account menu in the lower left corner and choose Plan and billing. The top of the page shows the current plan and three counters: smart trades, exchange accounts and running bots, for example 0/3, 0/10 and 0/3 on Basic.

Try Pro for 7 days#

If you have never had Pro, the button on the plan page reads Start 7 days Pro trial. The trial starts through the same Stripe checkout as a paid plan, and during the trial you have the Pro limits. If you do not want to continue, cancel before the trial ends.

Upgrade#

1. Open Plan and billing.
2. Press Upgrade plan (or Start 7 days Pro trial if you have never had Pro).
3. Choose monthly or yearly billing.
4. You are redirected to Stripe, where you complete the payment.

Cancel, reactivate and change the card#

All billing actions are on the Plan and billing page.

• Cancel stops the renewal. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, and then you return to Basic. The page shows "Access until" with the date.
• Reactivate turns the renewal back on if you cancelled and the period has not ended yet.
• Manage billing opens Stripe, where you can change the card, see invoices and manage the subscription.
• Update payment appears if a payment fails. Update the card to keep the plan.

The history of your payments is in the Subscriptions table at the bottom of the page, and you can export it.

The AI allowance#

The agent has a daily allowance that depends on the plan. You can see how much you used today in the account menu under Usage, as a percentage with the time of the reset. When it is used up, the chat input is locked until the reset, but you can still approve or reject cards that are already on the screen. Read AI allowance.

Questions#

Does Basic expire? No. Basic is free forever, with no time limit.
