Connect ChatGPT

In ChatGPT, Skyrexio is added as a custom MCP server. You need a paid ChatGPT plan: the free plan cannot add custom servers. In ChatGPT workspaces an admin can turn custom servers off, and then they have to be allowed in the workspace settings.

Connecting#

1. Open chatgpt.com in a browser on a computer.
2. Go to Plugins and click Add → Add custom MCP server.
3. Fill in the form:
   • Name: Skyrexio;
   • Connection → Server URL: https://api.skyrexio.com/mcp;
   • Authentication: OAuth.
4. Leave the Advanced OAuth settings as they are: ChatGPT finds the Skyrexio settings on its own.
5. Tick the box confirming you understand the risks and click Create as a plugin.
6. In the Connect Skyrexio window, click Connect Skyrexio.
7. The Skyrexio page ChatGPT is asking for access to your Skyrexio opens. If you are not signed in to Skyrexio, sign in first.
8. Check the line App address: chatgpt.com, choose a mode (Demo or Real) and click Allow.
9. You return to ChatGPT, and the Skyrexio plugin appears among the installed ones. An email about the new connection arrives.

How to ask#

Open a new chat and ask about your account. If ChatGPT does not reach for Skyrexio on its own, add "use Skyrexio" to the question.

How to disconnect#

• In Skyrexio: in the AI client access window, click Disconnect on the row "ChatGPT · chatgpt.com · mode". ChatGPT's next request is refused.
• In ChatGPT: remove the Skyrexio plugin under Plugins. Disconnect the row in Skyrexio too.
