Security and managing connections

An AI client connection is built so that you grant the access and can take it back at any time.

How access works#

• You grant it, on the Skyrexio page. Claude and ChatGPT open a page on app.skyrexio.com that shows who is asking for access and from which address, what it will and will not be able to do. Enter your Skyrexio password only on app.skyrexio.com.
• No trading. The assistant reads data, drafts and runs backtests. Trades, bots, withdrawals and settings are out of its reach. See What the assistant can do.
• The mode stays with the connection. A demo connection sees only demo accounts, and the Demo/Real switch in Skyrexio does not change it.
• The assistant never sees exchange keys. Exchanges are connected only in the browser, and API keys stay in Skyrexio. If an assistant asks for a key or a secret, do not give it.
• An email for every connection. Each new connection and each issued token sends you an email with a link to switch it off.

Where to see and disconnect#

The account menu (your email at the bottom of the sidebar) → Settings → AI client access. The link in the email opens the same window.

Under Connections:

• Claude and ChatGPT connections: "client · address · mode", the connection date and the last call, a Disconnect button;
• personal tokens: name, expiry date, last call, a Revoke button.

Disconnecting and revoking take effect from the assistant's next request.

How long a connection lasts#

• Claude and ChatGPT. The connection renews while the client uses it. If the client has not reached Skyrexio for 90 days, the connection expires and has to be made again.
• Personal token. Valid until the date chosen when it was issued: 30, 90 or 365 days.

What data the assistant receives#

The assistant receives the results of the tools it calls, for example account balances, a list of trades or a backtest result. That data goes to the assistant's provider (Anthropic, OpenAI or another) and is handled under its terms. Connect only assistants you trust, and choose Demo to try it without real data.

Bot names, alert texts, exchange messages and news reach the assistant as data, not as instructions: such text cannot order the assistant to do anything.

Limits#

With 10 active connections, a new one is not created: disconnect an old one first.
