Plan Limits Now Count Real Accounts Only — the Demo Exchange Is Unlimited on Every Plan
Until this week, a brand-new Skyrexio account could hit a wall before it had done anything at all. You signed up, picked the demo exchange during onboarding — the sensible, risk-free first move, and the one we recommend — went to start your first bot, and got a paywall. Nothing had been risked. Nothing had been traded. Nothing had been proven. We were asking to be paid before we had shown you that any of it worked.
That was our own doing, and it is now fixed. Plan limits count real exchange accounts only. On the demo exchange, bots, terminal trades and backtests are unlimited on every plan — Basic included.
The problem we made for ourselves
Skyrexio’s plan limits were written as if every account were a real one. The counter that decides whether you may start another bot simply counted bots, and the demo exchange sat inside that count like any other venue.
On paper that is tidy. In practice it meant the demo exchange — the one place on the platform where nothing can go wrong, where the whole point is to try things — was rationed by the same quota as live money. A person evaluating the platform reached the limit fastest, because evaluating is exactly what the demo exchange is for.
Worse, the wall arrived at the least defensible moment: after sign-up, before the first result. It is one thing to ask a trader who has run a strategy for a month to pay for more of it. It is another to ask someone to pay to find out whether the software does anything.
What changed
The demo exchange is now outside the plan entirely.
- Bots on the demo exchange are unlimited — on Basic, on Pro, on any plan.
- Terminal trades on the demo exchange are unlimited, on every plan.
- Backtests are unlimited — on both plans.
- The demo account does not count against your connected-account limit. It takes none.
You get one demo account per user, covering both spot and futures. That single account is enough to run as many demo bots and as many demo terminal trades as you want, on either market, on the free plan, indefinitely.

We would rather say this ourselves than let you discover it. The pricing page states it in two cells, and so will we: on Basic, a real exchange account runs 0 active bots and 0 active terminal trades.
Basic is not a small allowance of live automation. It is none. If you want a bot placing orders with your own money, or a Smart Terminal position running against a live balance, that is Pro. There is no trial-sized version of it hiding in the free plan, and we are not going to imply there is.
What Basic is now is a genuinely complete place to learn the platform, build strategies and prove them — for as long as you like, without paying and without a countdown.
What Basic gives you on real accounts too
Basic is not demo-only. On real exchange accounts, free forever, you get:
- 10 connected exchange accounts, spot and futures, across every exchange Skyrexio supports.
- The unified dashboard — every connected account’s balances and portfolio in one place, whatever exchanges they are spread across.
- Unlimited backtesting across two years of 1-minute candles, at full resolution. Not a sample, not a reduced history, and not fewer runs than a Pro user gets.
Backtesting deserves the emphasis, because it is the part people expect to be paywalled and it is not. You can test a strategy across two years of minute data as many times as you want, on the free plan, forever.
Pro
Pro is $15 a month, or $150 a year — the annual price is twelve months for the cost of ten. It is what lifts the limits on real accounts:
- 30 connected exchange accounts
- 50 active bots on real accounts
- 200 active terminal trades on real accounts
- The Strategy Builder — build entry and exit logic from indicators and patterns with AND/OR/NOT conditions
- Premium support, mentorship and the private TradingView PineScript library
Those last three are human services, and they are the one part of Pro that the demo exchange does not include. Everything the software does is unlimited on demo; the people are not.

- Build a strategy and backtest it across two years of 1-minute candles. Unlimited runs, free.
- Run it as a demo bot, for as long as you need to trust it. Also unlimited, also free, with no countdown to a decision.
- Connect a real exchange account when you are ready — up to 10 of them on Basic, and the dashboard shows them all together.
- Upgrade to Pro when — and only when — you want that strategy running on real money.
Steps 1 through 4 are free and unlimited, and stay that way. That is the whole change: the decision to pay now comes after the evidence instead of before it.
